$150 if approved and paid by June 30
$175 for late approvals (after June 30)

Once food vendor capacity is reached, qualified vendors may be placed on a wait list.
If a space becomes available, vendors will be contacted in the order selected.
Payment is only required if a space is officially offered.
How the Application Process Works
Submit the food vendor application
Applications are reviewed based on menu fit and available space
Approved vendors will receive notice and an invoice for the vendor fees at the supplied email address
Space is confirmed once payment is received
Spots are not guaranteed until payment is processed
Once food vendor capacity is reached, qualified vendors may be placed on a wait list.
If a space becomes available, vendors will be contacted in the order selected.
Payment is only required if a space is officially offered.

Vendors must be fully self-contained
Proof of insurance may be required before the event

We are looking for quality food trucks that represent the community! We have space for trucks serving mains or dessert, and we will choose trucks to ensure a variety of menu options.

Food vendor spots are limited. Vendors are selected based on menu variety, event needs, and capacity. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Yes! We will choose vendors to ensure a variety of menu options. This ensures guests will have many choices in cuisine, as well as offering the best return to our vendors!

No. Vendors requiring power must supply their own generator.

Setup times will be communicated in advance. We stagger set up times to keep congestion down. Expect to receive this information about 2 weeks before the event.
Final setup must be complete by 3PM
Teardown begins at 9PM

Yes, if food vendor capacity has been reached, qualified vendors may be placed on a wait list. If a space becomes available due to a cancellation or scheduling change, wait-listed vendors will be contacted in the order determined by event needs and menu balance.

Accepted vendors will be notified by email with setup details and an invoice. Your spot is confirmed only after payment is received.
